Training in London

So I had to go to London for a week of training. It was the most fun! I was in a group of people from all over Europe, it felt more like a meeting of the United Nations. We were put into work groups of 6 people. In my group, we were all from different countries: Ireland, South Africa, Nigeria, Portugal, and Germany (me from the U.S.). Some in the other groups were from France, Scotland and Luxemburg. Everyone was friendly and we all got along so well. At the end of the week we had to do group presentations and my group won the most points for the week - yeah! Here are some pictures of the groups and my group with our prize - travel clocks!






After the week of training, I got to go meet with Michelle in London to stay with her and Drew for a couple of nights. We had such a great time of shopping! Here is a picture of us walking through Picadilly. It was so good to see her and Drew and be around some American folks! It was also weird to go to a restaurant and see a menu in full English and have everyone talk to me in English wherever we went. Quite a new experience after being in Germany for so long!
